Love is the most beautiful sentiment in life; in its purest form it’s soft, gentle and kind. It caresses your heart with a thoughtful gesture… It comforts your soul with a warm embrace… it’s nurturing and generous. Love in action it’s powerful; it is the strong force that drives us to do the impossible… to believe when everything around us tells us it’s illogical, to endure when pressing on seems unbearable… it defends and protects.
Love makes us compassionate and caring… sensitive. Love makes us courageous, defenders… strong. Love is born without demands, without expectations… it is freely given… it’s a gift. Today as we celebrate love, I would like to reflect on each person that was put in our path to love: family…friends. Consider also those who may be in our path and may need someone to love them. Let’s give love extravagantly, generously and selflessly. Today is all we have, make a decision; love.
